白内障超声乳化＋人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼合并白内障的有效性探究

目的：探讨白内障超声乳化＋人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法：选取本院收治的78例（102眼）青光眼合并白内障患者，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组行小梁切除术治疗，观察组行白内障超声乳化＋人工晶体植入术治疗。比较两组患者手术前后视力、眼压、角膜散光情况和并发症发生率的差异。结果：术后观察组视力、眼压和角膜散光情况均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为11.8%，显著低于对照组的33.3%，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：白内障超声乳化＋人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效确切，安全性高，可有效控制眼压，提高患者视力，值得临床广泛推广使用。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation for the Treatment of 78 Cases with Glaucoma and Cataract

To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation＆amp;nbsp;for glaucoma combined with cataract. Method：78 cases（102 eyes）with glaucoma combined with cataract in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with trabeculectomy. The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity,intraocular pressure and corneal astigmatism before and after surgery and complication rate of the two groups was compared. Result：After surgery,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure and corneal astigmatism of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Complication rate of the observation group was 11.8%,which was significantly lower than 33.3%of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for glaucoma combined with cataract is safe and effective. It can control intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity. It’s worthy of clinical widely used.
