隔姜灸对针刺治疗风寒型面瘫疗效的干预作用

目的：探讨面瘫治疗方案的优化。方法：将符合风寒型面瘫诊断标准的患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用隔姜灸配合常规针刺治疗,对照组采取常规针刺治疗,每日1次,共20日。两组患者均于纳入第1日及第20日分别观察病情变化。疗效评价采用House-Brackmann面神经功能分级量表及症状体征量化评分法。结果：60例患者治疗后House-Brackmann面神经功能分级情况及症状体征量化评分与治疗前比较显著改善（均P〈0.01）;治疗后组间比较,House-Brackmann面神经功能分级情况及症状体征量化评分情况,治疗组情况均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论：采用隔姜灸干预针刺治疗风寒型面瘫的疗效确切,疗效优于单纯针刺治疗方案。

Clinical Research on Facial Palsy with Wind- cold Syndrome by Ginger Moxibution Intervenes Acupuncture

Objective：To explore a better therapeutic effect on facial palsy. Methods ：60 patients suffered from facial palsy of wind - cold syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in control group were treated with acupuncture alone while with acupuncture intervened by ginger moxibustion in treatment group. The treatment was once per day and lasted for 20 days. All patients received an observation and evaluation by the House - Brackmann facial nerve grading system and the quantified grading chart of signs and symptoms on their condition on the 1 st and the 20th day after attending this observation. Results：According to the comparison of the situation of House - Brackmann facial nerve grading system and the average grade of the quantified grading chart of signs and symptoms before and after the treatment, there were extraordinarily significant differences sta- tistically （P 〈 0.01 ） in both treatment and control group. After the treatment, there were significant differences statistically （ P 〈 0.05 ） between the two groups. Conclusion ： It proves that acupuncture treatment intervened by ginger moxibustion has an affirmatively therapeutic effect on facial palsy with wind - cold syndrome.
