摘    要:目的合成沃替西汀。方法以2,4-二甲基苯硫酚、2-溴碘苯和哌嗪为原料选用碘化亚铜、乙二醇、磷酸钾催化采用"一锅煮"法制得了沃替西汀。结果用价廉易得的催化剂合成了沃替西汀,收率85%。结论该工艺适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To synthesize of vortioxetine. Methods Vortioxetine was synthesized with the " one - pot" method ,2,4 -dimethyl thiopheno1,2 -bromo -iodobenzene and piperazine as the raw material and cuprous iodide, ethylene glycol, potassium phosphate as the catalyst. Results Vortioxetine was synthesized with inexpensive and readily available catalyst and the total yield of the target compound was 85%. Conclusion The process was suitable for industrial produc- tion.
