经皮肾穿刺微造瘘取石术治疗复杂肾结石的临床疗效分析

目的：研究探讨经皮肾穿刺微造瘘取石术治疗复杂肾结石的临床疗效。方法：将80例复杂性肾结石患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组采用经皮肾穿刺微造瘘取石术，对照组采用肾切开取石术手术，对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者术中出血量显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者术后结石清除率均高于90%，差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）；术后观察组发生感染1例、出血1例，对照组发生感染5例、出血3例，两组患者并发症发生率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：经皮肾穿刺微造瘘取石术在治疗复杂性肾结石中具有治疗效果显著、安全、并发症低等特点，更有利于患者术后的恢复，值得在临床广泛推广。

The Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of the Percutaneous Renal Puncture in the Treatment of Micro Colostomy Lithotomy Complex Kidney Stones

Objective： To study and explore the analysis of the clinical efficacy of the percutaneous renal puncture micro colostomy lithotomy in the treatment of complex kidney stones.Method：80 patients with complex kidney stones were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases of each group,the observation group were given percutaneous renal biopsy colostomy stone extraction for the micro ,while the control group were given cutting kidney stone extraction for surgery,the clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed.Result：The amount of bleeding of the patients of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The rates of stone clearance of the patients of two groups after operation were both higher than 90%,the differences had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After operation ,the observation group had 1 case of infection ,1 case of blooding, while the control group had 5 cases of infection,3 cases of blooding,the incidence of complications of two groups had significant difference,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The percutaneous renal puncture in the treatment of micro colostomy lithotomy complex kidney stones has an obviously treatment effect,safety, and it has low complication,etc,which can do in favour of the recovery of the patients after surgery.
