强心饮治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

目的：观察强心饮治疗老年慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年12月本院收治的老年慢性心衰患者78例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组42例和对照组36例，对照组患者使用ACEI、利尿、强心等药物进行常规的治疗，治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上使用强心饮进行治疗，观察两组的中医证候学积分、心功能及血浆NT-proBNP，周期为4周。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率为92.9%，高于对照组为66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗后，治疗组各症状积分均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组的心功能及血浆BNP比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：西医治疗基础上加用强心饮治疗对气虚水停型慢性心衰进行治疗，效果明显，值得在临床推广。

Clinical Effect Observation of Qiangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiangxin Decoction in treating chronic heart failure.Method：,78 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=42）and the control group（n=36）,the control group used ACEI,diuretic,cardiac drugs such as routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with strong heart decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,the TCM syndrome integral,cardiac function,plasma levels of NT-proBNP were observed,the observation period of 4 weeks.Result：After treatment,total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,higher than 66.7%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment, the symptoms integral of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the heart function and plasma BNP between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of Western medicine combined with the strong heart decoction treatment of qi deficiency water stop type chronic heart failure treatment,obvious effect,it is worth in clinical promotion.
