| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ssh—MRCP、sMRCP-3D序列对胆囊管显示价值及其对临床治疗的指导意义。方法：回顾性分析2011年6月-2013年5月236例连续性临床胆系疾病患者同时采用ssh—MRCP、sMRCP-3D序列的MRCP检查资料，比较分析两种序列对胆囊管显示的图像质量和显示率，并进行统计学分析。结果：sMRCP-3D序列对胆囊管显示的图像质量及显示率均优于ssh-MRCP序列（P〈0．05）。结论：MRCP能准确显示各种胆囊管解剖变异，sMRCP-3D序列可作为显示胆囊管的首选MRCP成像方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the image quality and display rate of cystic duct with MR cholangiopancreatography （ MRCP ） between ssh-MRCP technique and sMRCP-3D technique, and optimize the better MRCP examination program and to discuss its clinical value. Method： A total of 236 continued cases were examined with both ssh-MRCP and sMRCP-3D between Jun 2011 and May 2013. Image quality and display rate of cystic duct with the two sequences were compared and analyzed statistically. Result： Image quality and display rate of cystic duct were significantly higher in the sMRCP-3D sequences than those in the ssh-MRCP sequences （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Various kinds of anatomic variations of cystic duct could be accurately displayed by MRCP, sMRCP-3D should be used as a primary tool in displaying of cystic duct. |
