超促排卵后卵巢扭转5例临床护理探讨

目的：探讨超促排卵后卵巢扭转的临床特点及护理措施。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月-2013年9月在本院生殖医学科体外受精-胚胎移植周期中发生卵巢扭转的5例患者的临床资料，分析超促排卵后卵巢扭转发生的原因及护理措施。结果：3例患者不全扭转经保守治疗后卵巢自然复位。其中1例足月剖宫产一男婴，1例孕7周胎停育，1例未孕；1例行腹腔镜探查，给予卵巢复位后保留卵巢，新鲜周期未移植，经融胚移植妊娠，足月剖宫产一男婴；1例行腹腔镜下患侧卵巢切除术，未孕。结论：对体外受精-胚胎移植患者实施健康教育，可提高患者自我防护意识，预防和减少卵巢扭转的发生。对发生卵巢扭转的患者采取正确护理措施，对保留卵巢，保护患者的生育功能有重要作用。

The Investigation of Clinical Care for 5 Patients with Ovarian Torsion after COS

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with ovarian torsion under COS and the corresponding nursing intervention.Method：The clinical data of 5 patients with ovarian torsion in our reproductive centre from January 2010 to September 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,the reasons of the ovarian torsion and the corresponding nursing intervention were analyzed.Result：Among the 5 patients with ovarian torsion,the ovarian of 3 patients reset normal with one deliver a boy,one was abortion when 7 weeks of pregnancy and one was not pregnancy. The other 2 patients had the laparoscopic operation to treat the ovarian torsion. Among them,one patient preserved the ovarian and delivered a boy after transferred the frozen embryo and the other patients spayed the ovarian and had no pregnancy. Conclusion：The implementation of health education for the patients under IVF could improve their self protection consciousness. It is important to taking proper nursing measures to protect the ovarian and preserving their fertility ability.
