民营医院经营绩效的影响因素分析

目的探究影响民营医院经营绩效的因素及其影响效应。方法以某市的33家民营医院作为调查对象，采取问卷调查的形式进行数据采集，以医院性质、是否医保单位、投资总额、职工总数、核定床位、药品收入为自变量，以年业务收入为应变量，进行多元回归分析。结果进入多元回归模型的影响因素有药品收入、是否为医保单位。结论民营医院的发展与医疗服务水平和政策环境相关。

Multivariate Analysis of the Correlated Factors on the Private Hospital Performance

Objective To investigate the influencing factors and their effect on private hospital performance. Methods The questionnaire surveys were taken for data collection from 33 private hospitals in a city. Multivariate regression analysis was conducted by taking nature of hospital, whether the hospital got access to medical insurance, total amount of investment, total members of the staff, assured bed number and income from drugs as independent variables, with annual income of business operation as dependent variable. Results Factors that were entered regression model included income from drugs and whether a hospital got access to medical insurance. Conclusion The development of private hospital is related to the level of medical service and policy environment.
