| 摘 要： | 脊髓灰质炎后遗膝关节“刺刀形”畸形是一种特殊类型的膝关节畸形。自１９８６年１月～１９９４年１２月,应用股骨髁上截骨与胫骨平台下截骨手术矫正该类膝关节畸形共２３例,术后随访１年～５年,平均３年,优良率为９５．６％。探讨了膝关节“刺刀形”畸形的特点及手术方法

| Abstract: | The "bayonet" deformity from poliomyelitis is a peculiar type of deformity of knee. From January 1986 through December 1994, 23 cases of this type of knee deformity were corrected by surgery. The operative procedures performed were suprachondylar osteotomy of femur or subplateau osteotomy of tibia. The patients were followed up from 1 to 5 years, with an average of 3 years. The result rated excellent to good was 95.6%. The features of this disorder and the main points in the surgical procedure were discussed. |
