| Abstract: | Many alternatives exist for bone grafting in foot and ankle surgery. We describe a technique and case report of iliac crest autograft harvest using a trap-door technique. This technique provides an excellent alternative source of bone while minimizing complications associated with some other iliac crest bone graft harvest techniques. |
