| 摘 要： | 本文采用质反应双向开放型序贯试验方法,随机进行了猪胸腺肽与小牛胸腺肽对癌症术后病人免疫功能影响的观察。以皮试(OT、SK、PHA)、E玫瑰花结形成率和免疫球蛋白及C_3补体为指标,经14对病人对照观察证实,两种胸腺肽均有提高癌症术后病人免疫功能之作用,且两种胸腺肽对提高癌症术后病人免疫功能的影响无显著差异。

| Abstract: | The effect of thymosins, extracted from pig and calf,on the immune functions of postoperative patients with cancer was observed. By sequential analyses, twenty-eight patients were studied. The indices include measurements of some skin tests (OT,SK and PHA), rate of E rosette formation, level of immu-noglobulins and complement C3. The results show that both thymosins can improve the immunologic functions of these patients. |
