温针灸治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的]观察比较温针疗法与电针疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法]将84例肩周炎惠者分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(42例),治疗组采用温针疗法,对照组采用电针疗法治疗。10次为1疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果]治疗组的临床治愈率为71.4％,总有效率为95.2％,优于对照组的42.8％和78.6％(x2=7.0,P<0.01;x2=5.2,P<0.05)。结论]对于肩周炎患青的治疗,温针疗法的疗效优于电针疗法。

Clinical Observation of Warming- Acupuncture in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective] To compare the therapeutic effect of warming-acupuncture and electroacupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods] Eighty-four cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomized to two groups: group A (n = 42) was treated with warming-acupuncture and group B ( n = 42) with electroacupuncture. Ten times constituted one treatment course and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3 treatment course. Results ] The cure rate and total effective rate were 71.4% and 95 .2% in group A and 42.8% and 78.6% in group B respectively ( x2 = 7.0, P < 0.01; x2 = 5.2, P < 0.05). Conclusion] The effect of warming-acupuncture is better than that of electroacupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.
