芦荟多糖对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平和体重的影响

摘    要:目的研究芦荟多糖对糖尿病动物模型血糖水平和体重的影响。方法小鼠80只,在小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱导1型糖尿病,按血糖水平分建立模型组(给予生理盐水)、阳性对照组(给予二甲双胍)、空白对照组,芦荟多糖高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,另选16只小鼠注射生理盐水作对照组。观察芦荟多糖对1型糖尿病小鼠血糖水平和体重的影响。结果芦荟多糖能显著降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平(P〈0.05),对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠体重减轻无明显改善作用(P〉0.05)。结论芦荟多糖有降低糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用,但对糖尿病小鼠体重减轻无改善作用。
