| Abstract: | Objective Analysis a uncertain FGA allele in paternal testing,and identified it was rare allele or new allele.Methods Based on the results of short tandem repeat-PCR(STR-PCR),the specific DNA fragments of uncertain FGA allele was amplified,then cloning and sequencing were used to analyse the DNA fragments.Results Both father and son with paternity testing were proved in Mendelian inheritance.The father and son's uncertain FGA DNA sequences were consistent,it was FGA-13.Conclusion The identified rare allele ... |
