高通量透析对血脂代谢影响的临床观察

摘    要:目的:通过应用高通量透析器进行血液透析(HPD)与常规血液透析(CHD)相比较,了解HPD对血脂代谢的影响。方法:将50例常规血透患者随机分成实验组和对照组,HPD组和CHD组分别用F60和F6进行备注透析3年,观察两且患者血脂变化情况。结果:实验过程中HPD组患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)升高;CHD组患者TG、LDL升高,HDL降低;两组胆固醇(C

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the changes of lipids metabolism in patients on high permeable hemodialysis(HPD),we conducted a comparative study of lipids metabolism in patients on HPD and patients on conventional hemodialysis(CHD). METHODOLOGY 50 regular hemodialysis patients were randomized into two groups.30 cases were in the HPD group using F60 dialyser(HPD group),the other 20 cases in CHD group using F6 dialyser(CHD group). RESULTS In HPD group,serum triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL)was found decreased,and high density lipoprotein(HDL)increased;while serum TG,LDL increased and HDL decreased in CHD group.No significant difference of Cholesterol(CHOL) change was found between the two groups.The comparison between CHD and HPD groups showed that there as no significant difference of CHOL,TG,HDL and LDL at the beginning of hemodialysis,while there were significant differences of TG and HDL between the two groups after 1 year of hemodialysis(P<0 05).TG was found increased and HDL decreased in HPD group.No significant difference in CHOL and LDL changes as found between the two groups.Follow up study of the patients on HPD after 3 years treatment showed that CHOL,TG,LDL had further decrease and HDL further increase. CONCLUSION HPD is effective in improving lipid metabolism in hemodialysis patients.
