| 摘 要： | 目的观察养心氏片联合美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性。方法将90例室性期前收缩患者随机分为三组,每组30例,养心氏片组口服养心氏片4片,每日3次;对照组口服美托洛尔片6.25～25mg,每日2次;联合用药组同时服用养心氏片和美托洛尔片,剂量同前,用药4周后观察心电图及24h动态心电图、临床症状及肝肾功能、血脂、血糖等指标的变化。结果联合用药组、养心氏片组和对照组临床症状改善率分别为93.3%、70.0%和73.3%;室性期前收缩控制总有效率分别为90.0%、70.0%和76.7%。联合用药组控制室性期前收缩的症状改善率及总有效率均优于养心氏片组和对照组(P0.05),养心氏片组与对照组控制室性期前收缩的症状改善率和总有效率无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论养心氏片联合美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩疗效优于两药单独使用,且安全有效。
