墨家思想对当代中国医改的启示

墨家仁爱义利的思维逻辑，不但与传统的医道精神契合，而且具有实际的操作考量。由墨家伦理和方法入手，通过对兼爱、义利、志公等方面的讨论，挖掘墨家思想对当代中国医改的启示。同时，也将论述作为社会中间群体的“信仰共同体”如何在当今的转型社会生活中，尤其是医疗体系中发挥作用。

Contemporary Medical Reform in China:From the Perspective of Moist Ethics

In terms of the relationship of traditional Chinese ethical resources to issues with regard to reconstruction of bio - medical ethics in China,lots have been done in the area of Confucianism which is no doubt an important cultural heritage of China. Meanwhile, there has been a growing interest in Buddhist and Taoist bioethical research in the past decades, particularly in Taiwan. But the study of Moist ethics and its implication to contemporary bioethical debates is relatively weak. This paper attempts to explore the ethical dimension in the Moist tradition and discuss how it may provide some insights for medicare and the medical reform in China today.
