剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术45例安全性观察

目的：观察剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术的安全性。方法：选择妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的产妇45例为观察组,在施行剖宫产时行子宫肌瘤切除术,选择同期单纯剖宫产术42例为对照组,并对两组临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：与对照组比较,观察组的手术时间明显增高（P〈0.05）,术中出血量、产后出血量、术后住院时间、恢复通气时间与恶露干净时间两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术是安全可行的。

Clinical study on the safety of cesarean myonectomy during cesarean section in 45 cases

Objective： To investigate the safety of cesarean myomectomy during cesarean section. Methods： The total of 45 pregnant women （observation group） received myomectomy in the process of cesarean section and 42 cases （control group） with normal cesarean section were enrolled in our study, and all the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group, there was a significant increase of duration of surgery in observation group （P0.05）, but there was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding, vaginal hemorrhage after operation, length of hospital stay, farting time and lochia period between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion： Cesarean myomectomy during cesarean section is safe and feasible.
