2006-2007年山西省平遥县法定传染病网络直报质量分析

目的　比较分析平遥县2006-2007年法定传染病网络直报质量，探讨影响直报质量的因素。方法　通过《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》的子系统《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》获取平遥县2006年和2007年疾病预防控制中心（卫生防疫站）及所辖医疗机构报告法定传染病报告卡，导出Excel格式，进行相关指标的比较分析。 结果　2006、2007年法定传染病网络直报未及时审核率分别为1.71%和0.20%；填卡医生姓名空缺率分别为3.43%和1.78%；患者工作单位空缺率分别为6.93%和3.36%。结论　平遥县法定传染病网络直报质量2007年比2006年有显著提高，法定报告传染病在报告及时性和完整性方面及审核及时性和报告准确性都有所提高。
