CT导引经皮导管无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿

目的　探讨CT导引经皮导管法注射无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿的价值。方法　共收集48例单纯肾囊肿,其中男性36例,女性12例,年龄35~71岁,平均51.5岁,行CT导引经皮穿刺置入猪尾引流管,连续引流3d,通过猪尾引流管注入无水乙醇保留15 min左右,每日一次。结果　48例肾囊肿,疗效指数为0者无、为I者有3例(占6.3%)、为II者8例(占16.7%)、为III者有37例(占77%)。结论　CT导引经皮导管无水乙醇法对肾囊肿有明显的治疗作用。

Treatment of Renal Cysts by Ethanol Injection Through Percutaneous Catheter Conducted by CT

Objective To probe the value of ethanol injection through percutaneous catheter conducted by spiral CT in treatment of renal cysts.Methods 48 cases of renal cysts,(male 36 ,female 12) aged from 35 to 71 years old (mean 51.5 years old),were treated with ethanol injection through percutaneous pig tail catheter conducted by spiral CT.Aspiration and ethanol injection persised three days,and the pig tail catheter was finally pulled out.Results Curative effect of these 48 cases of renal cysts was as follows under different exponets of curative effect(0,I,II,III):0,0;I,3 cases( 6.3%);II,8 cases(16.7%) and III,37 cases(77%).Conclusion Ethanol injection through percutaneous catheter under conduction of spiral CT is a useful method for treatment of renal cysts.
