| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声造影诊断小肾癌的临床价值.方法:回顾性分析2005年12月～2007年3月收治的36例肾脏占位性病变(病灶直径＜3 cm)患者的增强CT、超声造影检查资料,并与病理检查结果进行对照研究.结果:超声造影在鉴别诊断肾脏良恶性病变的敏感性为94.4%,特异性为100%,准确性为97.2%;增强CT鉴别诊断肾脏良恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为66.7%、100%、83.3%.经病理检查证实的18例小肾癌患者的超声造影表现为肿块内造影剂快速充填并早于自身肾皮质,造影剂充填强度也明显高于自身肾皮质,造影剂消退时间迟于自身肾皮质.造影剂早充填、高增强、慢消退是本组小肾癌的超声造影特点.结论:超声造影相比增强CT,在诊断小肾癌的敏感性与准确性方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),超声造影具有更高的诊断敏感性和准确性. |
