| 摘 要： | 本文报告36例医院获得性肺炎。男25例,女11例,平均年龄50.6岁。本组病例发生于入院后5～110d,7例死亡。63.9％发生于慢性阻塞性肺部疾病、癌症、肺结核和结节病。患者中,97.9％为革兰氏阴性杆菌感染,肺炎克雷伯杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌感染率分别为40.4％、25.5％、10.6％。本文对诊断方法和治疗措施进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | An analysis of 36 cases with nosocomial pneumonia(NP) was reported. Male 25, female 11, mean age 50.6 year. The NP had occured in 5-110 days after admmition, 7cases died. The disease was more commonly abserved in 63.90% of chronic obstructive pulmonary disaese, cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis and sarcoidosis etc, Gram-negative bacilli was main infectious groups (97.9%). The infectious rates of Klebriella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Coii bacterium were 40.4%, 25.5%, 10.6% respectively. The diagnostic methods and thrapy were discussed in this paper. |
