康心力胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭临床与实验研究

课题分临床与实验研究两部分，临床按住院顺序选120例心衰患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，实验研究以心衰大鼠模型为对象，并分别对其临床疗效、血液动力学、心钠素（ANP）、氧自由基及动物心、肝、肺脏的病理切片进行了细胞形态学观察。结果表明，康心力胶囊可以明显提高心衰患者及模型的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱苷肽酶（GSH－Px）、ANP的活性、降低丙二醛（MDA）的含量、提高心输出量（CO）、心博量（SV）（P＜0.05，或P＜0.01）。能明显减国以心衰大鼠模型心、肝、肺脏的瘀血、水肿。临床治疗组显效、有效率均高于对照组（P＜0.05)，提示康心力胶囊有显著的抗心衰疗效。

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure with Kang Xin Li Capsule

Clinical therapeutic effect,hemodynamics,and contents of atrialnatriuretic polypeptide(ANP) and oxygen free radicals,and cytomorphologic observation of the heart,liver and lung were investigated respectively in model rats of heart failure and 120 cases of heart failure who were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.Results indicate that Kang Xin Li Capsule can increase obviously activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione reductase(GSH-Px) and content of ANP, and reduce level of malondiadehyde(MDA),raise cardiac output(CO) and stroke volume(SV)(P<0.05 or P<0.01); and it can relieve obviously blood stasis and edema of the heart,liver and lung.Both the markedly effective rate and the effective rate in the clinical treatment group are higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that Kang Xin Li Capsule has obvious anti-heart-failure action.
