脱细胞异体真皮修复烧伤瘢痕的临床观察

目的:探讨烧伤患者及瘢痕增生后,手术植皮供皮区受限或瘢痕形成的问题。方法:应用脱细胞异体真皮加自体表皮代替,次全厚皮片,修复烧伤后瘢痕创面,使受皮区具有厚皮片移植后的弹性。供皮区不留瘢痕。结果:19例手术皮片均成活,外形均好,1年后随访8例,发现复合皮萎缩轻。结论:此种方法前景良好,是一种重要的治疗方法。
