蒋益兰教授治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移经验

骨转移是多数晚期恶性肿瘤患者不可避免的一个病程阶段,发病率逐年升高,伴有的疼痛、压迫症状严重影响患者生活质量。蒋教授长期临证观察,认为骨转移的发生以脏腑亏虚为本,尤以脾肾亏虚为主; 癌毒为基本病因; 癌毒走窜,胶结于骨,阻滞气机,则常见寒凝、瘀、痰等实邪之标。临床治疗当以扶正祛邪、辨证与辨病结合为治疗原则,多以补肾健脾、散寒通滞、祛瘀化痰为法,配合虫类药物攻除癌毒,佐以引经药物使药至病所,内外治结合以提高疗效。现从治本治标、辨证与辨病、虫类药物运用、引经药物使用、外治联合增效等多方面、立体地阐述了蒋益兰教授防治恶性肿瘤骨转移经验,供临证参考。

Experiences from Professor JIANG Yilan in treating bone metastasis of malignant tumour

Bone metastasis is an unavoidable stage of disease in most advanced malignant tumors.The incidence rate is high year by year.The pain and oppression symptoms associated with bone metastasis seriously affect the quality of life of patients.With clinical observation for a long time,professor JIANG think that viscera deficiency is basis of bone metastases,especially the deficiency of spleen and kidney,and poison of cancer is basic causes,poison of cancer wents up,a knot in the bone,block qi activity,common cold congealing,blood stasis,phlegm and so on standard solid.The clinical treatment should be based on the principles of supporting the body,dispelling pathogenic factors,differentiation of symptoms and signs and differentiation of diseases,and tonify kidney and strengthen spleen,dispersing cold and promoting stagnation,remove blood stasis and detoxify should be treatment which cooperate insect drugs in addition to poison of cancer and channel drugs to the illness,combination of internal and external treatment to improve curative effect.Professor JIANG Yilan's experience in prevention and treatment of bone metastasis of malignant tumor is expounded from the aspects of treating the symptoms and signs,syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,the use of insect drugs,the use of channel drugs and the combination of external treatment.
