杨淑莲治疗多发性骨髓瘤经验

总结名中医杨淑莲教授治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床经验。杨教授指出“虚”“毒”“瘀”为MM的主要病机特点,强调本病以肾虚为本,首辨虚实,邪毒、瘀血为标,杨教授针对本病机,在临床治疗过程中提出益肾、活血、解毒三法,结合现代医学研究以精准分层、分期论治、辨证辨病相结合,动态灵活运用三法,疗效显著。现从中医病因病机、辨证施治、分期论治等角度对杨教授治疗MM的临床经验进行总结,并在治疗过程中强调活血化瘀贯穿疾病始终,审时度势运用虫类药物以直达病所,发挥祛邪扶正之功效。

YANG Shulian's experience in treating multiple myeloma with famous traditional Chinese medicine

To summarize the professor YANG Shulian,in the treatment of multiple myeloma(MM).Professor YANG pointed out that “virtual” “poison” “stasis” as the main pathogenesis characteristics of MM,emphasizes the disease based on kidney empty,first distinguishes between deficiency and excess,poison,blood stasis as the standard,professor YANG on the pathogenesis,kidney and activating blood in the process of clinical treatment,detoxification three laws,combined with modern medical research based on precise stratification,stages differentiation and combination of disease and syndrome differentiation dynamic and flexible use of the three methods,the curative effect is remarkable.This paper summarizes professor YANG's clinical experience in the treatment of MM from the perspectives of etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,dialectical treatment,staged treatment,etc.In the treatment process,it is emphasized that activating blood circulation and removing stasis runs through the disease,and insect drugs are used to evaluate the situation to reach the disease site and play the role of dispelling evil and reinforcing right.
