| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )、骨钙素 (BGP)和骨碱性磷酸酶 (B ALP)在大鼠骨质疏松模型中的表达。方法 通过切除大鼠双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松动物模型 ,分别于术后 2、3、4、5、6个月进行骨密度、IL 6、BGP及B ALP检测。结果 与空白组和对照组相比 ,去势组中骨密度显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,IL 6、BGP及B ALP显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 IL 6、BGP及B ALP在骨质疏松中显著表达 ,与骨质疏松发生程度成正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the significance of expressing of interleukin-6(IL-6)、bone carboxyglutamic protein(BGP) and bone alkaline phosphatase(B-ALP)in Osteoporosis model.Method The osteoporosis model were established by bilateral ovariectomy.The bone mineral density(BMD),IL-6,BGP and B-ALP were detected respectively on 2,3,4,5 and 6 months after operation.Results BMD was much lower in osteoporosis model than control group,correspondingly( P <0.05, P <0.01),IL-6,BGP and B-ALP were much higher in osteoporosis model( P <0.05).Conclusion There are higher expressing of IL-6,BGP and B-ALP in steoporosis model.There is obviously relationship between the degrees of osteoporosis and the expression of IL-6,BGP and B-ALP. |
