加大管理力度 提高留学生生源质量

留学生生源质量作为留学生教育的入口，直接关系到留学生教育的培养质量。如何在数量不断增长的同时保证培养质量，值得我们深思与探索。文章通过分析我校医学类留学生生源质量的现状、目前存在的问题以及我们在控制生源质量方面所作的努力和思考，就如何加大管理力度，提高我校留学生生源质量进行研究和探讨。

Improving quality of international students resource by great efforts in strengthening management

As the pre-condition of medical international students＇ education, the quality of international students resource directly affects the level of education. How to maintain the balance of the quantity and quality is worthy to be considered and discussed. This paper mainly analyzes the situation of the present international students resource of medical majors in our school,the existing problems,the efforts and thoughts in controlling the quality of the students resource. This paper also makes a deep research and discussion on how to strengthen the management and improve the quality of international students resource.
