| 摘 要： | 目的:观察舒血宁注射液对老年冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将60例老年冠心病患者随机分为两组,治疗组:给予常规治疗并加用舒血宁注射液治疗;对照组:给予常规治疗。4周后观察两组治疗前后hs-CRP及血液流变学指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后血清hs-CRP明显降低,血液流变学指标中红细胞变形指数较治疗前升高,其它指标较治疗前降低,治疗组变化较对照组更为显著,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液可显著降低老年冠心病患者血清hs-CRP及血液流变学指标水平,显著改善临床症状。
