| 摘 要： | 目的:检测不同病期肺结核患者治疗前后尿微量蛋白变化。方法:57例肺结核病患者按临床表现分为非活动期34例、活动期23例,分别检测非活动期患者、活动期患者治疗前后、20例正常对照组尿液中微量白蛋白(mAlb)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-mG)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-mG)、转铁蛋白(TRf)的浓度和尿常规蛋白定性实验。结果:活动期患者治疗前尿微量蛋白浓度与非活动期及对照组相比显著升高(P<0.01),治疗后明显降低。结论:活动期肺结核患者尿微量蛋白水平升高,治疗后则有相应的改善。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the Changes of urinary micro-protein in patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Method:The concentration of urinary micro-protein was detected by scattering nephelometry.Results:The level of urinary mAlb、α1-mG、β2-mG、 TRU of active patients before treatment with mycobacterium tuberculosis were significantly higher than after treatment and non-active and normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The concentrations of urinary micro-protein changed after treatment of active patients with mycobacterium tuberculosi. |
