60例电视胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理

目的：探讨和总结电视胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理方法。方法：全组病例均入室后开放颈内静脉，行桡动脉穿刺。诱导后插入Robertsha双腔支气管导管，手术开始后行单肺通气，监测ECG、有创BP、HR、CVP、Sp O2%、PetCO2。结果：有3例患者出现明显的氧饱和度下降，经分析调整后氧饱和度恢复正常。所有患者均顺利完成手术，拔除气管导管。随访无并发症发生。结论：术前正确的评估，成功的麻醉和术中管理，良好的单肺通气是电视胸腔镜手术成功的关键。
