120例药品不良反应报告的分析

目的:了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生和分布情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据,从而提高临床合理用药水平,达到保障公众用药安全、有效的目的。方法:对我院收集到的2006年4月至2008年4月的120例ADR病例报告进行统计分析。结果:药品不良反应涉及的药品,静脉滴注方式给药引发的ADR为64例占53.3%,口服给药42例占35.0%,静脉推注、皮下注射各3例各占2.5%,肌肉注5例占4.2%,外用2例占1.6%,雾化吸入1例占0.8%。结论:药品不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,应全方位加强药品不良反应的监测工作,加快药品不良反应的信息传递,促进临床合理用药,以减少和避免不良反应的发生。

Adverse Drug Reaction Report: An Analysis of 120 Cases

ObjectiveTo know the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reaction (ADR), providing a scientific basis for clinical rational use of drugs, so as to enhance the level of clinical rational use of drugs and to protect the public to use drugs safely and effectively. Method Statistical analysis of 120 cases of ADR report collected in our hospital from April 2006 to April 2008. Results Of ADR drugs, intravenous ADR 64 cases (53.3%), oral administration of 42 cases (35.0%), intravenous injection, subcutaneous injection of 3 cases each (2.5%), muscle injection of 5 cases (4.2%), external use of 2 cases (1.6%), aerosol inhalation of one case (0.8%). Conclusions The occurrence of adverse drug reactions was related to a variety of factors. We should strengthen all-round monitoring of adverse drug reactions, speed up the information transfer of ADR, promote the clinical rational use of drugs in order to reduce and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
