氟中毒大鼠不同系统损害的超微结构观察

摘    要:目的观察氟中毒大鼠不同系统损害的超微结构改变。方法用高氟水(100.0mg/L)复制氟中毒大鼠模型,用透射电镜观察了高氟对大鼠不同系统损害程度。结果大鼠饮用高氟水以后,多个脏器和组织超微结构受损,牙齿、骨骼、尺神经、肾脏损害重,血管、肌肉轻微。结论高氟可导致大鼠多个系统损害,并严重影响其超微结构的改变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the ultrastructure of different systems of experimental fluorosis rats. Methods The model of experimental fluorosis rats was reconstructed successfully by drinking water containing 100.0 mg/L fluoride. The damage caused by high fluoride was observed under electron microscope. Results The findings showed that the ultramicro-structure of several organs and tissues was injured after the rats drank the water added with high fluoride, changes of teeth ,bones, ulnar nerve and kidney were dramatic, those of vessels and muscle were slight. Conclusions High fluoride can cause damage of several system and greatly affect the change of ultrastructure.
