| 摘 要： | 腰椎滑移常见的有峡部裂型及腰椎退变型,虽然大部分可以经过保守治疗获得满意的疗效,但仍有部分患者经保守治疗无效而需手术治疗,目前手术方法主要有前路减压融合、后路椎弓根螺钉内固定加植骨融合术。我院近15年来采用椎板复合体重建椎管、前后融合加内固定治疗56例腰椎滑移伴椎管狭窄患者，疗效满意，现作一回顾分析。
