| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨蒙药如达溃疡散抗胃溃疡的机理。方法：采用幽门结扎法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察本方对大鼠胃溃疡的发生和胃液、胃酸的影响。结果：与模型对照组相比,如达溃疡散能明显抑制溃疡的发生,降低溃疡指数,抑制胃液的分泌,降低胃液总酸度,升高胃液PH值。结论：如达溃疡散具有抗胃溃疡的作用,其作用机理可能与降低胃酸分泌有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effect of radix anti - ulcer powder on the gastric ulcer. Methods：The rat gastric ulcer was made by the ligature of pyloms. The gastric juice, total acidity and the former of ulcer was observed. Results： Between the radix anti - ulccr power group and the model group, radix anti - ulcer powder could inhibit secretion of the gastric juice. Conclusion：Radix anti - ulcer power was the curative effects through inhabiting secretion of gastric acidity. |
