心理干预疗法对恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪的影响

目的探讨心理干预疗法对恶性肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁性情绪的影响。方法将80例确诊为恶性肿瘤的住院患者按时间段分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组实施一般(支持性)心理护理,观察组实施心理支持、社会支持、集体心理治疗和行为训练等综合心理干预措施。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测查负性情绪程度。结果干预后观察组SDS和SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),负性情绪发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对恶性肿瘤患者实施综合心理干预,有助于缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,保持平衡适应的心理状态,提高患者的生命质量。

EFFECT OF NURSING PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION ON THE MALIGNANT TUMOR PATIENTS' NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing psychological therapy on the malignant tumorpatients' anxiety and depressive emotions.Methods The samples of 80 in-patients with malignant tumor were timely divided into the observation group(40) and the control group(40).The control group were treated by the general psychological nursing,and the observation group were synthetically treated by the psychological nursing,social support,collective psychological treatment and the behavior training,etc.The degrees of negative emotions were measured by applying the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results The scales of SDS and SAS in the observation group were remarkably lower than those in to the control group(P<0.01),The incidence rate of negative emotions dropped apparently (P<0.01).Conclusion Multiple nursing psychological intervention in the malignant tumor patients can reduce patients' anxiety and depressive emotions,maintain the balanced and adaptable psychological status and improve the quality of life.
