摘    要:在种植义齿结构中,种植体基台位于上部义齿与下部种植体之间,对种植义齿的稳定性、固定性以及美观性等方面起着重要作用。近年来,人们在重视植入材料的生物相容性及骨整合界面的同时,逐渐认识到种植修复成功的另一关键因素,即种植体基台表面的改进。本文就此内容予以综述。

Abstract:In the structure of implant,implant abutment is located in the upper and lower part of the implant denture, and plays an important role in the implant stability, fixity and aesthetics. In recent years, researchers not only pay more and more attention to biocompatibility and osseointegration surface, but also realize that the promotion of implant abutment is another key factor for successful repair. This article reviews the related progresses.
