二氧化氯气体对物体表面消毒效果的研究

摘    要:目的观察二氧化氯气体对物体表面污染细菌的杀灭效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验法和现场实验法,对二氧化氯气体杀灭物体表面污染菌和菌片上细菌的效果进行了实验室和现场试验。结果用含30 mg/m3二氧化氯气体作用90 min,对污染在表面菌片上的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均达到5.0以上,且对置于作用环境中储存柜内外菌片杀灭效果一致。相同条件下,对菌片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用90 min,平均杀灭对数值仅为1.51。以含量20 mg/m3二氧化氯气体对物体表面作用90 min,对表面自然菌平均杀灭率可达90%以上。结论二氧化氯气体在较低浓度条件下,对物体表面污染的细菌繁殖体具有杀灭作用,但作用时间较长。

Abstract:Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide gas to the article surface contaminated with bacteria.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and field experiment were used to evaluate germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide gas to the special bacterial-contaminated surface and nature bacteria on article surface.Results With 30 mg/m3 chlorine dioxide gas to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia in article surface for 30 min,the average killing logarithm value were both above 5.00.Under the same conditions for 90 min to Bacillus subtilis var.niger on the stained tablets,the average killing logarithm values was 1.51.With 20 mg/m3 chlorine dioxide gas to nature bacteria for 90 min,the average killing rates was above 90%.Conclusions Chlorine dioxide gas has germicidal efficacy to the bacterial vegetative on article surface at low concentrations,but the acting time is long.
