Survivin在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其与Bcl-xl蛋白表达的关系

目的：研究卵巢上皮性肿瘤中Survivin、Bcl-xl基因蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测48例恶性肿瘤组织、20例良性卵巢肿瘤、10例正常卵巢中Survivin和Bcl-xl蛋白表达情况。结果：卵巢上皮性癌组织中Survivin蛋白表达率为60．42％，显著高于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织的表达率20％及0（P〈0.01）；卵巢上皮性癌组织中Bcl-xl蛋白表达率为56．25％，也显著高于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织的表达率15％及0（P〈0.01）。Survivin蛋白表达与卵巢上皮性癌的临床分期及组织学分级有关，与病理学类型、淋巴结转移无相关性（P〉0．05）。Survivin蛋白表达与Bcl-xl蛋白的表达有显著相关（P〈0.01）。结论：Survivin基因可通过抑制癌细胞凋亡，对卵巢上皮癌的发生和发展起作用：Survivin基因可能与凋亡相关基因Bcl-xl在卵巢上皮癌的发展中起协同作用。

Expression of Survivin protein and its relation with the expression of Bcl-xl protein in epithelial ovarian neoplasms

Objective;To investigate the expression of survivin and its relation with the expression of bcl-xl in epithelial ovarian neoplasms.Methods;Expression of survivin and bcl-xl protein were examined by immunohistochemical SP technique in 48 cases of ovarian cancer,20 cases of benign tumor and 10 cases of normal ovary and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results;Expression of survivin protein was detected in a significantly greater proportion in epithelial ovarian cancer than benign tumors and normal ovary tissue.The expression of survivin was in connection with clinical stage and histologic grade.There was no relationship between survivin expression and pathological type and lymphatic metastasis.Expression of bcl-xl was positively correlated with expression of survivin protein.Conclusion;Survivin gene may play an important role in pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,apoptosis related gene bcl-xl may have a synergic role with survivin gene in formation and progression of ovarian cancer.
