| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经腹超声诊断胃癌的实用价值。方法 收集经手术和胃镜活检病理证实的45例进展期胃癌。结果 胃癌声像图病理分型为溃疡型、浸润型和肿块型，超声诊断准确率97％；30例胃癌术前行TNM分期，T2至T4的诊断准确率为66．67％，NO至N2的诊断准确率为60．71％，邻近器官转移的诊断准确率为80％。结论 此法简便易行，有较高的临床价值，能弥补X线和胃镜检查的不足，对拟定治疗方案及评价预后颇为实用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of trans-abdominal ultrasongraphy of advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods 45 cases with advanced gastric, carcinoma were confirmed histologically by surgery and fibro-gastroscopic biopsy. Results Three pathologic types were divided by ultrasonography. The diagnostic accuracy rate by ultrasound was 97 %. The ultrasonography for preoperactive TNM staging was performed in 30 cases with gastric carcinoma. The accuracy rate of US for T2-T4 and N0-N2 was 66. 67%and60.71%.The accuracy rate of US for metastasis of adjacent organs was 80%. Conclusion The way is easy and simply and can make up the weakness of X-ray and fibro-gastroscopic examination. It is helpful in treatment planning and prognosis. |
