颅脑爆炸伤救治中的几个问题

颅脑爆炸伤为战时和平时常见创伤,伤员死亡率高,救治难度大,存活伤员常有不同程度的神经功能障碍。笔者在回顾近年来国内外有关颅脑爆炸伤研究的基础上,介绍颅脑爆炸伤机制、分类和病理特点,强调为提高颅脑爆炸伤救治水平,在诊治中应及时评定损伤等级,合理选择影像学检查,正确实施降低颅压和清创等措施。
