| 摘 要： | 目的：研究合成胸腺嘧啶新的工艺方法。方法：以α－甲基丙烯酸为原料经溴化、成酰氯、与尿素缩合、环合制得胸腺嘧啶。结果：产品收率55％，熔点与文献相符。结论：相对于以往的工艺，本工艺原料价易得、方法操作简便、易于大生产化，是制备胸腺嘧啶的一条很好的途径。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:Study the novel synthetic method of thymine. METHOD: Thymine is prepared by brominating, acylating, condensating with urea and cyclization. RESULTS: The over all yield amounts to 55% and the melting point of product was in accordance with the literature. CONCLUSION: The novel method, which uses cheaper material, is more convenient for operating and get product with higher purity, is a good way to synthesize thymine. |
