几种特殊类型断指再植患者的护理

The authors summped up the experience in nursing the children with severed fingers, the patients with ecchymosis severed finger and self-severed finger, According to the children's characters it was necessary to put an emphasis on the following points: 1)The nurses should give psychological nursing to them while closely observing their peripheral circulation.2)The nursing should pay close attention to either their health state as a whole, or the local circulation of the patients serious complex severed fingers,i.e. ecchymosis severed finger, long ischemic finger and the severed finger soaked in physiological saline for 12hours; 3)the nurses should attach importance to the psychological nursing for the patients with self-severed finger after being rejoined.
