| 摘 要： | 目的 调查分析广州地区不同人群的HBV的感染情况。方法 用ELISA法检测2004年1～6月在我院体检的9758例标本的HBsAg结果，HBsAg（＋）者同时分析HBeAg结果。结果 广州地区HBsAg携带者为11.67％，较我国平均HBsAg的检出率高，健康人群、孕产妇、公务员及大学毕业生组的HBsAg的阳性率明显高于学前儿童、中小学生及老年人群。结论 我们应加强疫苗防疫工作，坚决将乙肝疫苗纳入计划免疫，降低广州地区HBV的感染率。

| Abstract: | Objective The study of HBV infections among different group in Guangzhou. Methodls The sera of 9758 body check people were assayed by ELISA for HBsAg, all the position sample must be assayed for HbeAg. Results the positive rate of HBsAg was 11.67 %, it was higher than the average lever in our coutry, the positive rate in normal people, expectant mothers, public servants and graduates was higher than children, early youths and elder. Conclusions We must strengthen and carry out the work of ovaccine for HBV , try our best to reduce the HBV infection. |
