| 摘 要： | 目的考察鲜益母草胶囊和益母草流浸膏的生物效价与临床疗效的相关性,验证建立的益母草生物检定方法的科学性.方法在大鼠标准子宫模型上,运用已建立的益母草生物检定平行线四点法[1,2],对鲜益母草胶囊和益母草流浸膏进行效价测定;同时进行临床疗效观察,比较效价与疗效的相关性.结果鲜益母草胶囊和益母草流浸膏3次测定的平均效价分别为(0.0527±0.0031)u/g和(0.0427±0.0029)u/g(两者比较P<0.05).60例临床试验表明,鲜益母草胶囊和益母草流浸膏对妇女产后7d子宫底高度单个症状积分值分别为1.17±0.37和1.50±0.62 (两者比较P<0.05).结论鲜益母草胶囊和益母草流浸膏的生物效价与临床疗效具有正相关.
