滑膜软骨瘤病的临床及扫描电镜观察(附五例报告)

本文报道了5例滑膜软骨瘤病的临床分析及其中3例扫描电镜的观察情况本组病例均有外伤史或慢性炎症的表现,在光镜及扫描电镜下可见滑膜细咆增生、胶原纤维增粗、软骨细胞多个聚集,于1例滑膜内可见软骨小体。游离体外有分层的结缔组织包膜,其内为骨样组织,可见钙化、骨化过程与骨折愈合中初级钙化类似。骨母细胞表面有各种不规则的突起。

CLINICAL AND SEM OBSERVATION OF SYNOVIAl, CHONDROMATOSIS (REPORT OF 5 CASES)

In this paper, 5 cases of synovial chondromatosis are repor- ted, 3 with scanning electromicroscopic study. All 5 patients had history of trauma or chronic inflamation of the affected joints, which might be important predisposing factors of disease.Histopathological study carried out by light microscopy and SEM showed proliferative change of the synovium: collagen fiber(?) bccame coarser, chondrocytes aggregated into clone. Intrasynovial chondral nodule was seen in only one patient.Loose bodies containing osteoid tissue could be found, often encapsulated by layers of connective tissue. Calcium deposition and ossification simulating the initial healing process of a fractured bone could be found, but no trabeculae remodeling existed. Under SEM observation, various kinds of irregular processes on the surface of the osteoblast could be shown, suggesting secretory activity for mineral deposition or elaboration of collegenic microfibril.
