| 摘 要： | 目的 :为探讨急性白血病化疗前外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的分布变化。方法 :用人外周血T细胞亚群SAP法对 31例急性白血病初诊化疗前患者T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果 :CD3+、CD4+、细胞减少 ,CD4+/CD8+降低 ,与正常组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :T淋巴细胞亚群分布异常、细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,是白血病发生发展的原因之一 ,是白血病患者易发生感染、贫血的重要因素。

| Abstract: | To study the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with acute leukemia before patients received chemotherapy.Methods:SAP of T cell in human peripheral blood was used to assayed T lymphocyte subsets in patients with acute leukemia before they received chemotherapy.Results:CD 3 +、CD 4 +cells decreased and CD 4 +/CD 8 +ratio lowered,there were significant defferences between patients with acute leukemia and normal individuals(P<0.01).Conclusions:The exceptional distribution of T cells,and cellular immune dysfunction are the reasons of the exacerbation of leukemia,and they are the critical factor that patients suffer from infection and anaemia. |
