超敏C-反应蛋白检测的临床应用

目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在临床多种疾病诊断和鉴别诊断中的意义。方法采用OLYMPUSLL AU-400全自动生化分析仪,芬兰Orion Diagnostica公司hs-CRP试剂盒,检测我院门诊及住院病人共3 720例。结果细菌感染者hs-CRP显著增高,心血管疾病患者明显增高,病毒感染、糖尿病、子宫肌瘤、宫外孕等疾病血清浓度变化不大或基本保持不变。结论hs-CRP测定能准确快速地判断引起感染的病原体类别,对疾病的诊断鉴别诊断具有一定的价值。

Detection of High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and Its Clinical Application

Objective To investigate the significance of detection of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of clinical diseases.Method OLYMPUSLL AU-400 full-automatic biochemical analysis equipment and hs-CRP kit from Finland Orion Diagnostica Company were used to detect 3720 outpatients and inpatients of Shipai People's Hospital.Result The hs-CRP of patients with bacterial infection and cardiovascular disease were obviously increasing.The density of serum in viral infection,diabetes,uterine myoma,and ectopic pregnancy have little or no change.Conclusion The detection of hs-CRP can accurately and quickly diagnose the kind of pathogen in infection,and can be used for differential diagnosis.
