上颌窦窦口大小与鼻内镜手术疗效

目的探讨鼻内镜手术中扩大上颌窦自然窦口大小对手术疗效的影响.方法对我院1995～2002年Ⅱ型鼻窦炎患者行ESS手术扩大上颌窦自然窦口,按大小分为两组.一组为0.5～1.0cm,另一组为＞1.0cm.术后随访6～12月.结果窦口0.5～1.0cm治愈率为84.4%;窦口＞1.0cm治愈率为71.3%.窦口0.5～1.0cm明显优于窦口＞1.0cm,两组间治愈率差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论在FESS手术中上颌窦自然窦口不宜过分扩大.

The effect of ostium treatment during endoscopic surgery on the therapeutic effects on antritis

Objective To observe the effect of osti um treatment during endoscopic surgery(ESS) on the therapeutic effects on antritis. Methods The patients,treated by ESS for type I of nasosinusitis in our hospital from 1995 to 2002,were divided into 2 groups according to the size of ostium ,i. e. those with the size being 0. 5-1. 0cm as group one and those with the size being larger than 1. 0cm as group two. All the patients were treated by ESS with the ostium treated properly during the period of operation and were followed up for 6 to 12 months after the operation. Results The curative rate was 84. 4% for group one and it was 71. 3% for group two respectively, with a significant difference between them (P < 0. 05). Conclusion It may be improper that the ostium should be over enlarged during the period of ESS for chronic nasosinusitis.
