中枢神经系统多发性硬化低场MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:提高中枢神经系统多发性硬化MRI诊断水平。方法:分析20例经临床证实的中枢神经系统多发性硬化MRI表现,对病灶的形态、分布、数目、大小、信号及强化进行分析。结果:中枢神经系统多发性硬化MRI特征性表现为双侧半卵圆中心、双侧脑室旁白质内、胼胝体及脊髓内多发病灶,其中脑室旁病灶垂直于侧脑室。脊髓内病变长度大于宽度,病变横径小于脊髓断面1/2,病变局部脊髓肿胀。病变在急性或活动期有强化。结论:MRI是目前诊断中枢神经系统多发性硬化最佳影像检查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To improve the MRI diagnostic level of multiple sclerosis in the central nervous system. Methods: 20 cases of multiple sclerosis in the central nervous system identified by clinical experience were analyzed according to the MRI features and evaluated on plague's shape, location, number, size, signal and lesion enhancement. Results: The MRI features of multiple sclerosis in the central nervous system showed as following: majority of plagues were located hypophloeodal white matter, bilateral par-ventricular white matter, Corpus collosum. The abnormal signal in the corpus collosum plays an important role in the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. The plague's length is larger than its width in the spinal cord .The local spinal cord in the lesion is swelling. The plague in acute or active stage was enhanced by Gd-DTPA. Conclusions: MRI is the most ideal method of imaging examination in the diagnosis of the multiple sclerosis in the central nervous system.
